CLUB BONDI REWARDS FAQs

What retail stores can I be rewarded at for my purchase? 

Check out the list of authorised retailers here. You’re eligible for rewards on any Bondi Sands purchases from the stores listed, provided you keep your receipt and upload it to our rewards page. Go to the "Receipt upload" tile, click the button, and follow the steps.

How do you check receipts? 

Our team will moderate and approve your receipts. Please ensure your photo is clear and the details of your purchase are visible. Unfortunately, any illegible receipts are unable to be honoured.

Does my points or Club Bondi Level expire? 

If unused, your points will expire 12 months from the date they were earned.

I have made a purchase, but I can’t see my points in my account? 

ONLINE PURCHASES: Points for orders made on the Bondi Sands website will be awarded once payment has been approved. Only Club Bondi Rewards members can earn points, so make sure you’re logged in at time of purchase so your points can be awarded.  

IN STORE PURCHASES: Points for purchases made in store can take up to 72 hours to appear on your Club Bondi Rewards account as we need to moderate your receipt once you have uploaded it to your account. Rest assured, we’ll award your points as soon as we can. 

Does my redeemed voucher expire? 

Yes, it does. Once you have activated your voucher, you will have 60 days to use it before it expires. To make sure it doesn’t go to waste, we recommend only redeeming when you’re planning to purchase. 

I returned/cancelled my order – where did my points go? 

Any returned/refunded items will not count to your points. If you return or cancel your order, the points will then be deducted from your balance.
