STEP 1: Ensure skin is clean, exfoliated and moisturiser free.

STEP 2: Pump foam liberally onto a Bondi Sands Application Mitt. Apply to legs, arms and body with long, sweeping motions. Use what’s left on mitt for hands, elbows, knees and feet. For a deeper glow, apply a second coat after 30 minutes.

STEP 3: Allow six to eight hours for tan to develop on skin. Shower with warm water (no soap!) and gently pat dry.

Q. How do I know whether to get the Dark or Light/Medium?
A. If you have fair skin, start by trying the Light/Medium, then work your way up to Dark if you’d like an even deeper tan. Remember, you can always reapply for a deeper colour!

Q. How long does it take to develop?
A. You can leave it on to develop for 1–8 hours, depending on how deep you like your tan. The longer you leave it on, the deeper your tan gets. That’s the great part: you can control your colour.

Q. How long after applying the product can I put clothes on?
A. We recommend waiting 15 minutes before putting on loose-fitting clothing to let the tan develop.
