SPF 50+ Fragrance Free Face Sunscreen Lotion Update

We have taken Which’s report about our SPF 50+ Fragrance Free Face Sunscreen Lotion very seriously and in line with our high quality and safety standards, we have conducted a thorough retesting of the product batch in question.  

The results showed that the composition of active ingredients was normal, therefore providing the correct level of UV protection with a 61.51 rating. This is in line with the claims on packaging as well as adhering to UK Cosmetics regulations and EU cosmetics regulations. The product is also compliant with the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) requirements and US FDA standards. 

We want to reassure all our consumers that our sunscreen delivers the expected SPF when applied as instructed on the label. We regret that the report by Which has caused concern among our own consumers and suncare users in general.
