Discover our easy, 4 step guide to preparing your skin for self tanning!
STEP 1: EXFOLIATE HEAD TO TOE
Exfoliation is the first step to achieving a flawless tan! Buff away those dead skin cells and oily residue to leave your skin feeling fresh and revitalised with help from the Bondi Sands Sea Salt & Coconut Scrub.
Process:
In a warm shower apply the Bondi Sands Sea Salt & Coconut Scrub. Scrub and exfoliate, applying as much or as little pressure depending on how sensitive your skin is.
How Often Should I Exfoliate?
Depending on your skin type, you should exfoliate between 1-3 times a week, however we recommend giving your skin a more intense exfoliation before applying a fresh layer of tan.
STEP 2 – RINSE AND USE YOUR BODY WASH
Get the soap suds glistening with the Bondi Sands Body Wash to cleanse your skin, leaving it clean and revitalised.
Process:
Apply Bondi Sands Body Wash generously to build up a foamy, bubbly lather. Wash your body as normal with the added enjoyment of the delicious Bondi Sands signature coconut scent.
STEP 3 – MOISTURISE & HYDRATE!
Hydrate your skin with Bondi Sands Body Moisturiser to leave your skin feeling nourished and silky smooth.
Process:
Apply the Bondi Sands Body Moisturiser to your dry spots – hands, feet, elbows and knees and massage the skin until the moisturiser is fully absorbed into the skin. This will minimise any tan clinging to rough patches and should help make your tanning routine a breeze!
The Benefits:
Body Moisturiser helps restore hydration levels to your skin. It also helps to maintain your tanned glow for longer! Be sure to apply the moisturiser over your whole body in the days after tanning to prolong your bronze.
STEP 4 – READY TO TAN!
Now that you have cleansed, exfoliated skin, you can now get your glow on!
Glowing Tip:
Wait at least 24 hours after exfoliating (and shaving) to apply your favourite Bondi Sands Self Tan onto clean, dry skin. From Foams, Dry Oils, Mists, Lotions, Wash Offs, Gradual Tan Bondi Sands has a variety of amazing Self Tanning products.
