The Promotion may only be entered in or from the United States (the 50 states in the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding any US territories), Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This Promotion is governed exclusively by the laws of Australia. You are not authorized to participate in the Promotion if you are not located within the United States (the 50 states in the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding any US territories), Australia, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom (the “Jurisdiction”).
1. Eligibility. Participation is open only to legal residents of the United States (the 50 states in the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding any US territories), Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Void outside of the United States (the 50 states in the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding any US territories), Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor/Promoter (Kao Australia Pty. Limited, 1911 Malvern Road, Ground Floor, Malvern East, Victoria 3145 Australia) (“Sponsor/Promoter”) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, related companies (“Related Companies”), affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of Promotion materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. The Promotion may only be entered in or from the United States (the 50 states in the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding any US territories), Australia, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. All applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws and regulations of the applicable Jurisdiction apply.
2. Timing. The Promotion begins on February 12th, 2026 at 5:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 20, 2026 at 5:00 AM ET (the "Promotion Period").
3. How to Enter. Eligible entrants can enter via Instagram as follows:
1) Go to the Instagram account @bondisands;
2) Follow @bondisands;
3) Like the competition post announcing the giveaway;
4) Tag your bestie in the comments of the competition post. You will receive one entry for comment with a friend tagged, for a maximum of 5 entries.
Entry into the Promotion is by this process only. By entering the Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries or mail, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor/Promoter.
4. Random Drawing/Odds.Two (2) potential winners and reserves will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, with the first drawn (1 winner) receiving the first prize and second drawn (1 winner) receiving the second prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor/Promoter on 23rd February 2026 at 12:00 PM AEDT at Level 13, 477 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia. Sponsor/Promoter will send the potential winner a direct message on Instagram within 2 business days of the draw confirming their awardingof the prize (“Winner Announcement”). All entrants should ensure their Instagram account settings allow them to receive direct messages from the Sponsor/Promoter. By entering the Promotion, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules, which willbe final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. The potential winner must respond within 14 days of the draw to redeem the prize and to provide mailing address information for the potential winner, and if requested, sign the Winner’s Affidavit and Release. If a potential winner does not redeem the prize within 14 days of the draw, the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor/Promoter will award the prize to an alternate winner chosen randomly from the original pool of entrants in the same manner, draw location and time through which the original prize was drawn, on 10th March 2026. The Promoter/Sponsor will send the unclaimed prize winner a direct message on Instagram within 2 business days of the draw. If the prize cannot be awarded after three alternate winners have been notified, the prize will remain unawarded.
5. Prize.One prize will be awarded to each confirmed winner, for a total of 2 winners. The 1st winner and 2nd winner will receive the following:
1st Winner: One Luxury Handbag - $3,695 AUD
2nd Winner: 2x Bestie Diamond Rings – 3,800 AUD ($1,900 AUD each). The confirmed winner must provide requested information in order to get correct ring size, redeemable via 4x $1,000 vouchers via website alana maria jewellery.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prizes to be awarded is $7,495 AUD. Limit one (1) Prize per person. Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize has been substituted at equal or greater value. No substitution of the Prize or any component thereof is permitted, except in the sole discretion of Sponsor/Promoter, each of which reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable for cash, and may not be resold. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Prize Delivery. The confirmed winner will besent a Prize within 1-3 weeks of receiptof the winner's mailing address and execution of a Winner’s Affidavit/Release. Sponsor/Promoter not responsible if the Prize cannot be delivered due to the winner providing an incorrect mailing address or for lost or misdirected requests.
7. Conditions. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Participation in Promotion and acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor/Promoters and its affiliates to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by each winner regarding the Promotion or Sponsor/Promoter for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants and winner agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor/Promoter, its advertising and promotion agencies and its parent companies, subsidiaries, Related Companies, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery to the extent permitted by law. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Promotion in any way shall be disqualified. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate. A purchase does not increase odds of winning. Sponsor/Promoter is not responsible if Promotion cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.
8. Additional Terms for Online Promotion. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion, subject to Australian State or Territory regulations and approval. In such case, Sponsor/Promoter will select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor/Promoter. Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website. For details regarding collection of information from users of the Web site (including entrants), please consult the privacy policy on the web site. Additionally, Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. Sponsor/Promoter, and its parent companies, subsidiaries, Related Companies, affiliates, partners and Promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, Web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to enter the Promotion, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading any materials in this Promotion.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR/PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Release. By receipt of any prize, winner agrees that to the extent permitted by law to release and hold harmless Sponsor/Promoter, Instagram and their respective subsidiaries, Related Companies, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision in these Official Rules shall be construed as restricting, limiting or excluding the liability of any party which cannot be restricted, limited or excluded under law including under consumer laws. All of these Official Rules are subject to this term.
10. Use of Data. Sponsor/Promoter will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor/Promoter’s privacy policy athttps://www.kao.com/americas/en/privacy/. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor/Promoter’s collection and usage of their personal information (including the publication of details of the winners (including their name, suburb and state) on the Sponsor/Promoter’s website and social media pages or in a newspaper as required by applicable law). In addition, Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to disclose the names of winners to all relevant regulators as required by law. Entrants acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor/Promoter’s privacy policy. Entrants acknowledge and agree that all information provided by participating in the Promotion will be collected, used, held, stored, retained and disclosed in accordance with all relevant data protection laws, including but not limited to the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand), Privacy Act 1988 (Australia), relevant US state laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act, the UK General Data Protection Regulation, and Data Protection Act 2018 (England and Wales).
11. List of Winners. The winner(s) first initial, last name and postcode will be published at bondisands.com.au within 28 days of the draw and if an unclaimed prize draw is required at bondisands.com.au within 28 days of the unclaimed prize draw. The name of the winner may also be obtained by mailing a self addressed stamped envelopeby March 11, 2026 to Kao Australia Pty. Limited, Attn: Bondi Sands Let’s Glow Surfing Competition, 1911 Malvern Road, Ground Floor, Malvern East, Victoria 3145 Australia.

This Promotion is in no way Sponsor/Promotered, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Inc. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor/Promoter and not to Instagram. The information entrants provide will only be used in accordance with these terms and conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Promotion must be directed to the Sponsor/Promoter and not to Instagram. Further, entrants release Instagram and its associated companies from all liability arising in respect of the Promotion.
